Lisa and her team are incredible. She is highly responsive, always on top of all the details, and I would not be able to manage my property without her help. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for any kind of help managing a home on the mountain.

Lisa and Mountain Top Home Watching & Repair have been taking care of our home at Hidden Valley for 10 years. From regularly checking on the house and making sure it’s safe and maintained during the year when we can’t be there (including engaging cleaners, plumbers, electricians, etc., as needed), to finding caterers and setting up for parties, there is really nothing Lisa and her team can’t provide. Lisa Frazier is my “go-to” person for cleaning and repair services. Our unit recently experienced a significant roof leak and she was able to send a crew out to first ameliorate the damage and then get the repair done. Our unit has had other minor problems over the 31 years that we’ve owned it, and Lisa is always an accessible resource. I have also used Mountain Top for intermittent cleaning. It’s so nice not to spend my “vacation time” cleaning.
