ABOUT US
On Gardner Road, 1 Mile From Hidden Valley, Across the Road From Fern Mountain, and a Short Drive to Seven Springs
Founded in 2010, Mountain Top Home Watching & Repair LLC was built on a simple idea - helping resort homeowners care for their properties when they could not be there. Lisa Frazier, the owner, saw firsthand the need for trustworthy home services and thus founded Mountain Top Home Watching & Repair LLC. What began with basic home monitoring, like turning up the heat before a visit or checking for frozen pipes, quickly grew into a full-service operation offering everything from major cleaning to major construction.
Today, Lisa is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor, and she leads a reliable team that provides a wide range of services. While her company offers everything from landscaping and snow removal to painting and electrical work, the heart of her business is full construction projects and professional cleaning services. Whether it is a cleaning for a rental property or a complete remodel, Mountain Top Home Watching and Repair LLC delivers dependable results with a personal touch.
Lisa Frazier and her husband, Barry - owner of Frazier Plumbing, Heating, & Air, Inc. - were born and raised in Somerset County, where they raised three children. With deep roots in the community and a strong network of personal and professional connections, Lisa has built lasting relationships that benefit her clients. Based on Gardner Road, just off Hidden Valley Resort, she is always nearby to respond quickly and provide peace of mind for full-time residents, vacation homeowners, and rental property owners across Hidden Valley, Seven Springs, Fern Mountain, Somerset, and Donegal.
